Still an exchange of goods and services — built for people who trade with good intentions: love, friendship, unity, peace, and real products, services, and time. A Lotus friend is any member acting with good intentions and looking out for one another.

Same idea as a marketplace. Different spirit — a member club for trusted exchange.

If it’s yours (or you can deliver it), it belongs on the board — not only lodging.

Unused inventory, furniture, equipment, goods sitting idle that another member can use.

Services & free hours

Professional work, advice, labor, creative time — priced in Lotus$ on the ledger.

Vacation nights including Lotustay.com homes (eligible soft nights when trading opens) sit alongside everything else.

Lotus Cash, simply

Lotus Cash (Lotus$) are the trade credits inside Lotustay Exchange. Listings may use an ≈ $1 listing reference (not cash) as a pricing convention only. Trades will settle on a shared ledger under future club rules.

Lotustay Exchange is the club. Lotus$ are the trade credits inside it. Cleaning and other service offers can be priced in Lotus$ too.

Lotus$ are internal trade credits planned for goods and services among members when the exchange opens. They are not legal tender, not a bank account, and not an investment. Lotus$ are not redeemable for U.S. dollars from Lotustay Exchange. Any “≈ $1 of listed value” wording is a listing/pricing convention only—not a peg, guarantee, or cash value claim against the Operator.

When enabled, members may apply Lotus$ toward eligible soft nights at Lotustay.com homes. Levels 1–7: soft nights (midweek / shoulder by default; weekends only if unfilled and low demand; holidays never). Level 8: any Operator-designated Lotustay.com lodging. Soft nights are under published Soft-Night Definitions / Club Rules.

Lotus$ lodging is not live yet. Joining the waitlist does not create Lotus$, membership, or lodging rights.

Eight incentive-only levels for Lotus friends — rise by Settled trades, good feedback, referrals, and community care. No punishment demotions. Misconduct is handled separately under Club Rules.

2 Sprout — 1 offer listed
3 Bloom — 1 Settled trade
4 Community Friend — 3 Settled trades + ≥3 positive feedback
5 Good Friend — 10 Settled + ≥8 feedback; up to 25 active listings
6 Trusted Friend — 25 Settled + 2 Member referrals; up to 50 listings
7 Wise Friend — 50 Settled + community/meditation help; up to 100 listings
8 Lotus Friend — 100 Settled + 5 referrals + ≥12 months (or trust review); any Operator-designated Lotustay.com lodging with Lotus$

Along the path, members may apply Lotus$ toward Lotustay.com nights when membership opens (soft nights under Club Rules). At Level 8 (Lotus Friend), Lotus$ may be used on any Operator-designated Lotustay.com lodging — no soft-night or holiday restrictions.

Every Member may invite others (referral / invitation membership) — not limited by Path level — provided new members are friendly and come with good intentions to help others. Operator may still refuse or remove under Club Rules.

Thresholds summarize Operator’s published Lotus Path starter schedule (may be amended by a revised published schedule). Feature gates (including Path numeric perks and Lotustay.com Lotus$ lodging) activate only when enablement schedules publish. This waitlist does not create membership, Lotus$ balances, or lodging rights.

Sit for inner peace and earn 20 Lotus$ per attended hour (community/club credits; published max 10,000 Lotus$ per session).

Those Lotus$ — when lodging features open — may go toward soft nights at our beautiful Lotustay.com vacation homes: a path to relax with family and friends by caring for yourself first.

Lodging Lotus$ is not live yet. Soft nights and Path rules apply when Operator enables the program.

For others

Meditate for a Cause

Sit for a Member-Nominated Cause backed by a nonprofit or a religious organization. That session credits 20 Lotus$ × the number of participants to the cause — not personal earn for that hour.

Cause Lotus$ are community/club listing credits for trades that advance the cause’s purpose. Meditate for a Cause is not tax deductible. Lotustay Inc. issues no charitable receipts.

Not live until Operator enables cause sessions. Waitlist signup creates no Lotus$ or cause credits.
